Our Story
Barrett Family Farm was built on a simple belief; great meat comes from animals raised with care, time, and attention. Nestled in the Texas Hill Country of Wimberley, our family raises heritage breed pigs - known for their exceptional flavor, tenderness, and natural marbling.
Our pigs live in a forested environment where they can roam freely, root naturally, and enjoy a lifestyle that supports their overall health and temperament. This tradiational, slower appraoch to raising pigs allows their natural flavors to develop fully, producing the richness and depth that store-bought meat simply can't match.
We started our farm to give Central Texas families a reliable, delicious source of hertige meats. Every cut we offer reflects our hands-on care, our respect for the animals, and our pride in sharing something truly special from our family to yours.
